Ask any gamer who travels or shares a living space: one screen is rarely enough. Whether you’re running a Switch on the go, playing Xbox in another room, or extending your gaming laptop setup, a secondary display changes everything. The KYY 15.6-inch portable monitor delivers that upgrade without the bulk or the cost. It’s slim, lightweight, and now sitting at an all‑time low on Amazon at $69, down from $99.99. At this price, it’s one of the most affordable full HD portable gaming monitors you can grab right now. See at Amazon Convert Any Console or Laptop into a Dual-Screen…
Pokémon Legends: Z-A is the first mainline Pokémon game for the Nintendo Switch 2 (and the fourth for the regular Nintendo Switch), but, as it’s in the Legends series, it’s fairly different from your normal Pokémon experience. For this trip through Lumiose City, originally in Pokémon X and Y, you’ll need to rewire your brain and relearn everything you know about Pokémon battles as the classic turn-based combat has transformed into real-time battles. You won’t have much time to learn as the Z-A Royale has been sprung upon you, but don’t fret as our guides will make the challenge as…
Earlier this week, Team Cherry released a patch for Hollow Knight: Silksong, and now the developer has already dropped a new beta patch that’s currently in the works. For now, this update appears to be even smaller than the last patch, with a focus on localization and control issues. One of the most notable improvements is that rumble features have now been implemented. The devs also note that they are using a new script with an updated Chinese translation, which will be further refined “based on player feedback.” The previous Chinese translation was wildly unpopular and led to the game getting…
The latest Battlefield 6 patch is another backend, server-side affair, just like the most recent release that nerfed Sniper Rifles. The focus of this latest update is on Conquest. More specifically, how slow matches on certain maps could be. The update also makes a crucial change to Manhattan Bridge to help out struggling pilots. To see this content please enable targeting cookies. Manage cookie settings To start with, the update went live yesterday across all Battlefield 6 servers. The main point was to reduce the ticket count across all Conquest maps to allow matches to finish a little faster without…
Digital video game storefront Good Old Games, aka GOG, is hosting a massive sales event dedicated to open-world games. Or, well, mostly open-world games. It really depends on how you define what is and isn’t an open-world game. This week, GOG launched a big ol’ sales event featuring some remarkably steep discounts on a variety of games that it classifies as open world. The sales event runs until October 25 and features nearly 400 PC games, including some big hits like The Outer Worlds, Saints Row: The Third, Shadow of Mordor, Sleeping Dogs, and Far Cry 2. All of these games…
The KPop Demon Hunters sing-along is returning to theaters for Halloween, but this time, Netflix doesn’t just want audience members to sing. With Halloween right around the corner, the streaming giant is also encouraging attendees to show up dressed as their favorite characters from the film. Netflix announced on its Tudum blog that sing-along showings will be available at AMC, Regal, and Cinemark theaters in the US (along with some select regional theaters) starting on Friday, Oct. 31 through Sunday, Nov. 2. The KPop Demon Hunters sing-along also returns to theaters in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Germany, Ireland, Korea,…
Tomtoc also makes a crossbody bag designed with the Nintendo Switch 2 in mind. Constructed from lightweight materials, the Tomtoc Crossbody Sling Bag has storage space for the Switch 2 console and several accessories. The dedicated compartment for the console is lined with EVA to shield against collisions while also boasting a soft lining to protect the Switch 2’s display from scratches–though we’d still recommend grabbing an amFilm auto-alignment screen protector. The Crossbody Sling Bag also has enough space for the Switch 2 Pro Controller or another comparable model, up to eight game cards, and an AC adapter. It also has…
The first thing I thought upon arriving in Lumiose City in Pokémon Legends: Z-A was, ‘Yes. This definitely looks like a modern Pokémon game.’ Bright colours, basic textures and oddly flat buildings. Seriously – realising that the balconies and window shutters lack any depth, instead being pasted onto the buildings like stickers, made my brain go strange for a bit. Yet despite this, Lumiose City feels far more rich in life compared to Paldea and the desolate Hisui. People and Pokémon fill the streets, there’s a café on nearly every corner and the largest amount of clothes shops any Pokémon…
Pokémon Legends: Z-A is coming to both new and old hardware, leaving fans with an important decision to make. Is it worth upgrading to play it on Switch 2, or will the old version handle well enough? According to one of the first comparison videos of the game running on both consoles, the differences are hardly noticeable outside of it running at 60fps on the newer hardware. That’s good for Switch 1 owners, but a bit underwhelming for those who’ve already bought a Switch 2. A new 15-minute video published on the YouTube channel ElAnalistaDeBits shows a deep-dive comparison between…
