You can play as either a Samurai or a Ninja in Nioh 3, with each one offering a vastly different play style. This isn’t an exclusive or game-defining choice — you can switch between the two with a single button press during fights — but if you’re anything like me, you’ll likely gravitate towards one or the other depending on how you play the game. So there’s no right or wrong answer here, it depends on your strengths and weaknesses, and the type of abilities you want to use. Here’s a complete Samurai vs. Ninja breakdown in Nioh 3 so…

Last month, Ubisoft announced significant cuts and the cancellation of six games, including the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake. At the time, there were no indications that Assassin’s Creed franchise was in danger of losing any games in development, but a new report indicates that Assassin’s Creed multiplayer game has now been canceled as well.According to French gaming site Origami, the project in question was given the codename Assassin’s Creed League, and it would have allowed up to four players to work together on assassinations. AC League reportedly grew out of DLC originally created for Assassin’s Creed…

I do not fear many things in Overwatch, but I am beginning to fear Jetpack Cat. The flying feline hero is exactly what she sounds like, a cat that has endless flight and zooms around the map healing allies and pestering foes. However, she also has the ability to tether her teammates to her craft and fly them around the battlefield. The strategies and combos players have already found in just a brief early access period are incredibly chaotic. I played a little bit of Jetpack Cat myself when I tried my hand at all five of Overwatch’s new heroes…

My Marvel hot take is that Tom Holland only has one actual Spider-Man movie in his trilogy, and that’s the first one. Despite the fact that Spider-Man: Homecoming doesn’t feature a single scene of him swinging from skyscrapers in Manhattan, it’s still the only film in the trilogy to focus on Peter Parker’s hometown — and not Europe or the multiverse. Although an unconventional Spider-Man movie compared to what came before, Homecoming is the only one of Holland’s that shows him as a street-level hero helping his community with his boots firmly on the ground in his traditional Queens settings.…

The moment Nioh 3 was revealed as Team Ninja’s next project, it immediately jumped to the top of my most anticipated games of 2026. That excitement was dampened somewhat when the studio revealed the game’s “open field” level design. I am very much over open-world games, but I was particularly worried that we were about to get the Nioh version of Rise of the Ronin – which, really, was itself Nioh-lite in an open world. Team Ninja’s post-Nioh games haven’t lacked in interesting ideas, and Ronin was no different, but it also squandered much of its potential on what ended…

Over the years Overwatch’s heroes, which once included characters of various ages and (sometimes) shapes and sizes, have largely started conforming to a particular trend. Nowadays, a lot of its heroes are what most people would consider conventionally attractive, young, and ripe for dressing up in crossover skins. Why is this? Well, some fans theorize that it’s for the obvious draw that comes with putting hot people in your game, but Blizzard says there’s actually a little more to it than that.   In an interview with GameSpot, Overwatch senior producer Kenny Hudson was asked about whether or not this…

Following in the footsteps of Mario, Bluey, and Sauron, The LEGO Group and Netflix are officially joining forces with a new collaboration that will bring KPop Demon Hunters building sets to life. The first LEGO KPop Demon Hunters product is set to be revealed later this spring, with pre-orders opening shortly after. Additional LEGO sets are already planned for release in 2027. While specific details about characters, scale, or play features remain under wraps, the collaboration positions LEGO squarely in the middle of an escalating race to capitalize on KPop Demon Hunter fever. Fallout season two’s long journey has finally reached its end. While this season spent a lot of time following our heroes through Mojave Wasteland, last week set up the final stakes. With all these storylines finally reaching their…
