Practical design and helpful LCD screen
As mentioned, the Sabrent Voltik 252W is simple to use. It’s a small “brick” weighing 1.52 pounds (690 grams) with a mounting groove on one side and an included wall-mount bracket.
Alternatively, you can use double-sided adhesive tape to mount it on any surface or wall — no drilling is required. That’s how I mounted it on the wall for my personal use, by the way.
The charger connects itself to a power outlet via a standard two-prong port on the underside (when wall-mounted), making it quite convenient and discreet to use — it’s fairly easy to hide the power cord.
All eight charging ports (four USB-C and four USB-A) are on the opposite side of the mounting side. Above these ports is a relatively large LCD screen with a control button. A bit more on this screen and its button:
- A long press on the button will turn the screen on or off. This will not turn off the charger or interrupt its ongoing charging jobs.
- By default, when turned on, this screen displays the main page with the real-time charging speed (in watts) of all eight ports.

Excellent real-world performance

Over time, these gills will collect dust, but you can wipe them clean with a towel or use a blower. By the way, the charger never became even warm to the touch during operation.
